A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit brought on behalf of a group of Ohio consumers to whom Northcoast sent a postrepossession notice that didn't contain certain information. This group of Ohio consumers is the "settlement class." The case is called Northcoast Financial Services v. Marcia Webster, et al., Cleveland Municipal Court Case No. 2004 CVF 18651.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
DO NOTHING:	If you wish to be included in the class, you do not need to do anything in response to this notice. You are automatically included.
EXCLUDE YOURSELF:	If you request exclusion from the class, your name will be removed from the class list, you will receive no further notifications, and you will not be entitled to share in any damages or other relief awarded by the Court. You will not be bound by any final judgment entered in the action, and would retain the right to sue Northcoast separately for any claims you might have.
